Plenary sessions framed the discussions of each of the two day’s sessions and cast a broader view on the international agenda for green growth and the role of public private partnerships in driving green growth.
Each one of the plenary sessions was designed to examine global trends and the big picture issues impacting the world today and provide deeper thinking into the new directions that the green growth agenda is heading towards.
The speakers canvassed the issues and provided thought-provoking analysis, with relevant input from the forums other sessions.
The plenary sessions were dialogues between 3-4 high-level business or political leaders and a moderator.
The sessions followed a Davos-style discussion with each panellist making a short introduction followed by discussions in the panel and with the audience.
No formal speeches or presentations were used in order to foster an open debate and lively interaction.
